Casablanca Brings Back the Del Mar Skate Sneaker for FW26

Casablanca has revived its popular Del Mar Skate Sneaker for FW26, introducing new colorways and elevated finishes inspired by California’s skateboarding heritage.

Originally launched for SS25, the silhouette draws inspiration from the legendary Del Mar Skate Ranch and the skate culture of the 1970s and 1980s. Designed by Art Director Steve Grimes, the sneaker features exaggerated proportions, chunky laces and canvas-paneled uppers that nod to classic skate footwear.

A standout detail is the tongue logo, inspired by the kidney-shaped swimming pools that helped define California’s early skateboarding scene.

For FW26, Casablanca expands the lineup with fresh shades including red, navy and black, alongside a striking blue suede version finished with a crocodile-embossed texture.

The Del Mar Skate Sneaker is available now through Casablanca and select retailers.
