Leave it to JT to take one of the most casual shoes in your wardrobe and transform it into something you’d happily wear to fashion week.
The rapper has officially stepped into footwear, teaming up with Italian designer Gio Forbice and his experimental label Supplier Earth to launch a limited-edition collection of flip-flop heels that blur the line between everyday comfort and avant-garde design.
The collaboration introduces two versions of the silhouette. The Art.001 arrives with a towering 110mm stiletto heel, while the Art.002 offers a more wearable 55mm kitten heel. Both retail for $115 and are crafted using moulded EVA foam—the lightweight, rubber-like material that has become a signature of Supplier Earth’s futuristic footwear designs.
Announcing the collaboration on Instagram, JT kept it simple: “I have a shoeeeee with @supplier.earth.”
The partnership feels like a natural fit. Before founding Supplier Earth, Gio Forbice built an impressive résumé designing for Yeezy, Fenty, and Marni, becoming known for challenging conventional footwear design. According to the designer, the collaboration began after he introduced JT to a flip-flop heel prototype he had been developing. Already familiar with and appreciative of his work, JT immediately saw the potential to make the concept her own.
The finished design elevates the humble flip-flop into a sculptural fashion piece. A lightweight foam body is paired with a TPU thong strap, while JT’s signature logo replaces Supplier Earth’s standard hardware, making this the very first artist edition of the silhouette.
To make the collaboration even more personal, JT selected two exclusive colourways: JT Pink and JT Acide Green. Alongside those signature shades, the collection also includes white, sand, black, baby pink, and acid green options, giving shoppers plenty of ways to embrace the unconventional design.
Exclusivity is part of the appeal.
Only 250 pairs have been produced worldwide, with sizes available from EU 36 to 41, making the collaboration as collectible as it is wearable.
The JT x Supplier Earth collection is available now exclusively through Supplier Earth while stocks last.
