Summer just got a little more Californian.
Los Angeles favorites Madhappy and FREECITY are back with another collaboration, serving up an easygoing collection that feels like a weekend drive down the Malibu coast. Following the success of their first 2025 partnership, the brands are expanding their lineup with fresh silhouettes, returning fan favorites, and a few unexpected accessories that are already catching our attention.
To capture the spirit of the collection, Madhappy and FREECITY enlisted Wildflower Cases co-founders Devon Lee Carlson and Sydney Carlson for a sun-soaked campaign shot by photographer Gillian Garcia. Think candid paparazzi moments, ocean views, and the kind of effortless California cool that both brands have become known for.
This time around, the collaboration extends beyond clothing. Joining the collection is a pair of limited-edition phone cases designed to mirror the relaxed aesthetic of the apparel, giving fans another way to carry a little Malibu energy with them.
The collection continues to champion localized production, with custom-developed fabrics and small-batch manufacturing at its core. Returning favorites include fleece hoodies, zip-up sweatshirts, sweatpants, and long-sleeve graphic tees, all refreshed with hand-mixed gradient prints, custom washes, and that perfectly lived-in feel.

Accessories are equally worth a closer look. Classic dad hats make an appearance alongside what might be the most charming piece in the collection: a FREECITY dove plush toy crafted from 100% cashmere, made in Italy and hand-sewn in Los Angeles.
Comfort, nostalgia, and laid-back luxury have become signatures for both brands, and this latest collaboration leans fully into that formula. The result is a collection that feels effortlessly wearable while still delivering the kind of exclusivity fans have come to expect.
The Madhappy x FREECITY collection officially launches on June 5 via the Madhappy website.
