Releasing alongside a music video for the title track “#N0rth4evr.”
Headphones on North West has officially entered her music era. The 12-year-old makes her debut with N0rth4evr, a six-track EP that signals her steady transition from cultural fixture to emerging artist.
The release follows a string of early appearances, including a feature on FKA Twigs’ Eusexua and her standalone single “PIERCING ON MY HAND,” both of which hinted at a genre-fluid, experimental direction. With N0rth4evr, that vision begins to take shape.
Compact but intentional, the project is entirely performed and produced by West, leaning into a DIY approach that underscores her creative control. Alongside the EP, she drops a music video for the title track “#N0rth4evr,” co-directed by Ty Akimoto and Mack Ishida, extending the project’s visual language into motion.
Still in the early stages of defining her sound, West is already building momentum beyond the studio. She’s set to make her festival debut at Lyrical Lemonade Summer Smash, joining a lineup that includes Chief Keef, Skrillex and Esdeekid.
Early days, but the positioning is clear N0rth4evr isn’t just an introduction, it’s a signal. North West is one to watch.
The EP is now available to stream and purchase across major platforms.
