Why Olivia Jade Started Over Before Launching o.piccola Beauty

Olivia Jade’s beauty brand didn’t happen overnight. In fact, the influencer says she abandoned an earlier version of the project after spending two years developing a product that failed to meet her standards.

The creator has now officially launched o.piccola, a beauty brand more than five years in the making. Its debut product, the Bronze & Glow Balm, was developed after Olivia Jade switched manufacturing partners and began working with a South Korean lab that allowed her greater control over the formula.

The move ultimately led to a dual-ended bronzer and highlighter stick designed for minimalist beauty routines. For Olivia Jade, the launch represents not just a new product, but the result of starting over when the first version wasn’t good enough.

The Bronze & Glow Balm will be available for $44 on opiccola.com starting May 12.
