Sabrina Idukpaye Named Edo State Ambassador for Arts, Culture and Creative Economy

From reality TV to real cultural impact, Sabrina Idukpaye is stepping into a new era and she’s doing it with intention.

The Big Brother Naija alum has officially been appointed Ambassador for Arts, Culture and Creative Economy in Edo State, marking a shift from pop culture visibility to cultural diplomacy. Presented with her letter by Christopher E. Okaeben, the moment signals a new chapter rooted in heritage, storytelling, and community impact.

Sabrina shared the news with a clear sense of purpose, noting that the role allows her to represent “the culture, creativity and heritage” that shaped her. Beyond the title, her focus is already defined building partnerships, amplifying creative voices, and contributing to the growth of Edo’s cultural economy.

And as expected, she understood the assignment visually, too.

For the official presentation, Sabrina chose a look that felt both grounded and powerful. Her chocolate brown co-ord set delivered structure without stiffness, a long-sleeve draped top with a high neckline and bow detail, layered over wide-leg trousers that moved with ease. The cross-body draping added dimension, creating a sculptural silhouette that quietly commanded attention.

Then came the details. Traditional coral beads subtle but significant introduced a cultural anchor to the look, balancing modern tailoring with heritage. A silver cuff and black pointed-toe heels kept things clean, while her sleek bob and softly defined makeup sealed the moment with polish.

It wasn’t just an outfit. It was alignment.

Because stepping into a role like this isn’t only about what you say, it’s about what you represent the moment you walk into the room. And Sabrina Idukpaye made that message clear without saying too much.
