Yep, the actual red Ferrari faux fur from Usher’s Past Present Future Tour, complete with his name on the inside tag—crossed out and rewritten in red marker with “Kevin Hart.” The audacity. The drama. The… tailoring?
In a TikTok posted Tuesday morning (June 10), the R&B legend looked genuinely flabbergasted. “How the hell he get my jacket?” Usher asked while watching the moment unfold from home.
Hart, who was hosting the 2025 BET Awards the night before, channelled full Usher cosplay energy as he prepped the stage for Teyana Taylor’s electric TV debut of “Long Time.” He didn’t stop at just the coat—he tried to reenact Usher’s viral cherry-feeding routine on unsuspecting women in the audience. Spoiler: it backfired.
“You’ll get it, you’ll get it bad, if you don’t get your Black ass away from us!” Tisha Campbell and Tichina Arnold clapped back in unison to the tune of Usher’s U Got It Bad — a moment that instantly entered the meme hall of fame.
According to Vogue and British GQ, the coat in question was custom-designed by Rocco Iannone, Ferrari’s creative director. “It’s a showstopper,” Usher previously said of the piece. “You know red is a hot, fiery color, right? It’s fun, I just let it speak to what it makes them feel.”
Well, apparently it made Kevin feel very Usher.
