No Problemo is officially stepping into the sneaker world. The cult-favourite label, born from the creative universe of Aries, has unveiled its first-ever footwear collaboration with Converse, giving the iconic Chuck 70 a playful extraterrestrial makeover.
Inspired by 1970s science fiction films, UFO folklore, and coming-of-age cinema, the capsule blends Converse’s timeless silhouette with No Problemo’s offbeat design language. The result is a collection that feels nostalgic, understated, and unmistakably quirky.
Leading the release is a black Chuck 70 Hi that replaces Converse’s signature ankle patch with No Problemo’s alien emblem. For those who prefer low-tops, the Chuck 70 Ox arrives in crisp white canvas, accented with fluorescent green piping and outsole details that add just the right amount of contrast.
The collaboration is packed with subtle details that reward a closer look. Custom silver eyelets reference the almond-shaped eyes of the brand’s alien logo, while the laces feature the repeated slogan, “I want to believe,” a playful nod to UFO conspiracy culture. Hidden foil-print graphics inside the shoe and packaging continue the theme, referencing everything from tinfoil hats to extraterrestrial folklore.
While the footwear may feel fresh, collaborations are nothing new for the Aries family. Over the years, the London-based label has teamed up with New Balance, Vans, Reebok, PUMA, ROA, and Salomon. This latest project introduces No Problemo’s growing identity through one of Converse’s most recognisable silhouettes.
Rather than relying on loud graphics, the collaboration leans into wearable design, allowing the storytelling to shine through carefully considered details and premium finishes.
The No Problemo x Converse Chuck 70 collection launches July 21 through the No Problemo and Aries websites, Converse, and selected retailers worldwide.
