Olympic freestyle skiing champion Eileen Gu is adding another major beauty milestone to her growing portfolio. The 22-year-old athlete has been named Giorgio Armani Beauty’s new Global Makeup Ambassador, further strengthening the luxury house’s connection to sport, fashion, and culture.
The announcement, made on July 23, sees Gu become the face of two of Armani Beauty’s standout products: the iconic Lip Maestro liquid lipstick and the new Armani Dolci Makeup Blush.
Speaking about the partnership, Gu described the collaboration as a natural fit.
“Partnering with Armani Beauty is such a natural, instinctive next step for me. I’ve always been drawn to how Armani celebrates authentic, effortless beauty and empowers women to embrace their inner strength.”
She added that the brand’s philosophy extends beyond makeup itself.
“The makeup doesn’t just enhance your features, but gives you a magnetic and unstoppable confidence to conquer any stage, whether it’s on the snow or under the spotlight. I hope to embody the idea that strength and softness aren’t opposites—that you can be disciplined and ambitious, while still being genuinely, unapologetically yourself.”
Gu joins an impressive lineup of Giorgio Armani Beauty ambassadors that includes Cate Blanchett, Sydney Sweeney, and Vittoria Ceretti, further expanding the brand’s presence across entertainment, fashion, and professional sports.
Her debut campaigns for Lip Maestro and the newly launched Dolci Makeup Blush reinforce Armani Beauty’s longstanding focus on timeless elegance, natural beauty, and confidence.
