If Frankenstein is about bringing things to life, Mia Goth is doing just that for the sheer trend — resurrecting it with gothic precision. At the New York premiere of Guillermo del Toro’s upcoming Netflix adaptation, the actress stepped out in a Ferragamo Fall 2025 look that whispered romance but screamed “beautifully haunted.”
Her sleeveless black dress, gauzy and ghost-like, floated between sensuality and shadow. A lace bandeau bra and black micro-mini sat underneath, teasing the edge of exposure without crossing it — the kind of styling that rewards a closer look. Goth’s signature undone hair and minimal makeup made the whole thing feel even more unearthly, like she’d walked straight out of a dream (or a nightmare).

The finishing touches — Aquazzura strappy sandals and Tiffany & Co. diamond jewelry — shimmered subtly under the red carpet lights, softening the dark energy of the outfit with just enough sparkle.
This wasn’t a one-off. Over the Frankenstein press tour, Goth and stylist Jamie Mizrahi have been quietly rewriting what gothic glam looks like in 2025. From a completely sheer Dior lace babydoll dress at the L.A. debut (yes, with a black thong) to a lavender cut-out gown from Conner Ives in London, her wardrobe is a masterclass in controlled chaos — ethereal, daring, and impossible to look away from.
