After a decade of defining effortless, vintage-inspired fashion, Réalisation Par is putting down permanent roots in London with the opening of its first flagship store in the city.
Located in the heart of Mayfair, the new retail space marks a major milestone for the cult-favourite label as it celebrates 10 years in business. But true to the brand’s identity, this is far more than a store opening. It is an immersive experience designed to blur the lines between fashion, storytelling, and escapism.
To commemorate the launch, founders Alexandra Spencer and Teale Talbot unveiled a cinematic short film capturing the spirit of both the brand and its new neighbourhood. Featuring a cast of “Dreamgirls” including Alyson Dubey, Olega Obumova, Ch’lita Collins, Deba Hekmat, Skye Jones, and Saskia Lambert, alongside Jim Ceaser as the building’s doorman, the film channels the playful, romantic energy that has become synonymous with Réalisation Par.
The flagship itself has been designed to feel less like a retail store and more like stepping into a beautifully curated private apartment.
Working alongside designer Sophie Baker, the founders created a multi-sensory environment filled with unexpected details. Guests enter through a gallery-inspired walkway before discovering a hidden VIP selfie room draped in baby-blue silk panels crafted by James Hare. Throughout the space, custom leopard-print carpets sit alongside luxurious goatskin-covered walls, creating an atmosphere that feels both glamorous and delightfully eccentric.

One of the store’s standout attractions is a restored analogue photo booth featuring a tiger-print interior, allowing visitors to leave with a tangible keepsake from their experience. The nostalgic touch perfectly reflects the brand’s long-standing fascination with vintage glamour and old-world charm.
That nostalgia continues throughout the store but is cleverly balanced with modern technology. Dressing rooms are equipped with handheld video cameras, while CCTV feeds project visitors onto digital screens in real time, turning everyday shopping moments into part of the experience. Elsewhere, a bright red rotary telephone offers a direct connection to Scott’s restaurant across the street, adding yet another layer of playful storytelling to the space.
The new flagship is now open at 95 Mount Street in London. Check out some BTS polaroids from the film above and head to the brand’s website for more.
