Bridging fashion, performance, and wellbeing through a new generation of luxury essentials.
For Fall 2026, Balenciaga is expanding beyond traditional fashion codes with the introduction of TechWear, a new category designed to merge high-performance functionality with contemporary luxury. Led by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli, the “Body & Being” collection signals a fresh direction for the House, placing health, movement, and everyday wellbeing at the center of its design philosophy.
The collection is built around a new visual identity known as Balenciaga Bodies, a looping graphic motif symbolizing continuous motion. Across the range, technical innovation takes precedence, with garments engineered to support active lifestyles without sacrificing the brand’s signature design language. Tracksuits arrive in mesh-membraned taffeta, while leather windbreaker sets feature ultrasonic-welded nylon tape and flat, no-stitch seam construction for a streamlined finish.
Material performance remains a key focus throughout the lineup. Water-repellent Aqua-zip closures are developed using a reverse-knit process, while the garments incorporate breathable, antibacterial, moisture-wicking, UV-protective, and stretch-enhanced properties. Reflective detailing is also integrated throughout the collection, improving visibility for activities that extend from early mornings into late evenings.
The offering spans a wide range of wardrobe staples, including bodysuits, fitted tops, hooded cowls, leggings, bike shorts, hot pants, socks, and other movement-focused essentials. Designed for both men and women, the collection blends athletic performance with elevated styling, reinforcing Balenciaga’s push into the growing luxury wellness market.

Supporting the launch, the House is rolling out immersive pop-up experiences in cities including Paris and Bangkok. Visitors will be able to explore the collection alongside a curated menu of wellness-focused beverages and adaptogen-infused snacks, extending the “Body & Being” concept beyond apparel and into lifestyle.
Balenciaga is also partnering with Barry’s on a global activation spanning New York, Los Angeles, London, and Milan. The collaboration will feature branded workout sessions, curated music experiences, special guest appearances, and exclusive co-branded offerings available through Barry’s Fuel Bar.
The Fall 2026 Balenciaga TechWear collection is now available via Balenciaga and select retailers.
