First teased at the The Fashion Awards in London last year, H&M has officially unveiled its latest collaboration with Stella McCartney and it’s a full-circle moment more than two decades in the making.
Marking their second partnership since their groundbreaking first drop 20 years ago, the new collection taps into H&M’s legacy of making designer fashion accessible, while tracing McCartney’s evolution as one of fashion’s most distinct voices.
The collection spans both apparel and accessories, blending Stella’s signature aesthetic with archive-inspired references. Think sweeping trench coats, sharply tailored suiting, and oversized shirting, all punctuated by her signature playful prints and bold slogans.
Describing the collection as deeply personal, McCartney shared that it reflects her journey through fashion merging current staples with early influences that shaped her design identity. The result is a lineup that feels expressive yet refined, balancing structure with a sense of joy and experimentation.

Alongside the tailoring, the drop introduces ribbed knit dresses and tops finished with the iconic Falabella chain detail—an unmistakable nod to one of the brand’s most recognizable bag designs. Accessories round out the offering, including six bag styles, chain-detailed loafers, and jewelry crafted from recycled metals.
Sustainability remains at the core of the collaboration. Staying true to McCartney’s long-standing ethos, the collection incorporates recycled materials, organic wool, and innovative “feedstock” fabrics derived from sources like vegetable oil and industrial corn proving that conscious fashion can still feel elevated and desirable.
For H&M, the collaboration is more than just another designer drop. As Creative Advisor Ann-Sofie Johansson notes, it’s a celebration of McCartney’s journey from a disruptive newcomer to a defining force in modern fashion captured through pieces that each tell a story.
