Mugler Introduces “Angel Blush,” A Softer, Musky Take on a Cult Classic

Reimagining gourmand fragrance through texture, intimacy, and a second-skin finish.

Mugler is expanding its iconic “Angel” universe with the launch of Angel Blush, a new Eau de Parfum that leans into softness, sensuality, and modern gourmand notes. Fronted by longtime muse Hunter Schafer, the campaign introduces the scent through an ethereal, dreamlike lens.

At its core, Angel Blush is a reinterpretation of the original Angel Eau de Parfum but with a more intimate, skin-like quality. The fragrance builds on familiar foundations of patchouli and sandalwood, while shifting the focus toward a lighter, more textural composition.

Developed by master perfumer Louise Turner, the scent blends creamy musk with Bourbon vanilla to create a finish that feels both warm and understated. Almond milk accord adds a soft gourmand dimension, resulting in a profile that balances sweetness with subtlety.

Described as “intimate yet radiant,” Angel Blush moves away from the bold intensity of its predecessor, instead offering a more refined take on gourmand fragrance, one that feels weightless, but still addictive.

With this release, Mugler continues to evolve its signature scent story, introducing a version of “Angel” that feels quieter, softer, and distinctly modern.

Angel Blush Eau de Parfum retails for $150 USD and is now available via the brand’s website.
