Simone Rocha is taking adidas Originals somewhere much softer but still unmistakably sporty.
The Irish designer’s new collaboration with adidas turns familiar sportswear codes into a wardrobe filled with tulle, pearls, ribbons and feminine silhouettes.
The collection, first seen on Rocha’s AW26 London runway, plays with some of adidas’ most recognisable pieces. The Firebird track top gets a cropped, oversized shape, while the Beckenbauer arrives with a delicate tulle underlay. Even the Superstar gets a softer treatment with puffed sleeves.
Then the footwear gets properly interesting.

The SR Taekwondo Ballerina combines the sporty silhouette with ribbon lacing and pearl-like details. The Climacool becomes a Mary Jane, while the Japan Fuzzy Slip On gets a fuzzy pony hair-effect finish.
Rocha even takes the iconic Trefoil off the usual track and onto brooches, hair clips and football socks, decorating them with diamanté and pearl-inspired details.
It’s romantic, slightly rebellious and very Simone Rocha.
