Timberland is heading back to the sea for its Spring/Summer 2026 campaign, celebrating one of its most enduring silhouettes, the Authentic Boat Shoe.
Shot on the Neapolitan coast in a historic boatyard, the campaign brings the sailing-inspired classic back to its natural environment. The result is a relaxed, visually rich series of images that quietly reminds everyone why the boat shoe remains a timeless wardrobe staple.

Photographed by Paul Hempstead, the campaign imagery leans into soft lighting and oceanic shades of blue, creating a calm maritime atmosphere. The styling is intentionally simple and cohesive, allowing the footwear to remain the central focus in every frame.
Across the campaign, the Authentic Boat Shoe appears in multiple colourways and variations. Worn-in leather uppers are paired with rawhide laces and brass eyelets, classic details that have defined the design for decades.
At the same time, subtle updates bring the shoe into the present. Lug soles introduce a modern edge suited to the 2020s, while the familiar 2-eye silhouette remains versatile enough for all ages and seasons.

Timberland
First introduced in 1978, the Authentic Boat Shoe was designed to give sailors reliable grip and stability on wet boat decks. Over the decades, the design has evolved into a lifestyle staple that blends maritime heritage with everyday style.
The new campaign highlights that balance perfectly pairing decades-old craftsmanship with youthful, contemporary outfits that show how the silhouette fits seamlessly into modern wardrobes.
The Timberland Authentic Boat Shoe is now available through the brand’s official website and select retailers.
