Austin Butler is once again partnering with YSL Beauty to introduce the newest addition to the brand’s best-selling fragrance lineup: MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense.
Positioned as a fresh interpretation of contemporary masculinity, the latest scent in the MYSLF collection is described by the brand as “minerally fresh, intensely musky and radically sensual.” Building on the growing popularity of skin-first fragrances, the launch embraces a cleaner, softer scent profile while maintaining the signature depth and sensuality associated with Yves Saint Laurent fragrances.
According to perfumers Daniela Andrier, Christophe Raynaud, and Antoine Maisondieu, the goal was to challenge traditional expectations surrounding Eau de Toilette fragrances while preserving the house’s distinct identity.
“Its modernity lies in being clean yet sensual and incredibly diffusive without ever being aggressive,” the perfumers explained in a press release.

The fragrance opens with bright bergamot and clary sage heart, delivering an immediate freshness. At its center, orange blossom and geranium bourbon Madagascar introduce a warm floral intensity that adds dimension and sophistication. The scent then settles into a musky base of white musk, patchouli, amber woods, and cashmeran, creating the soft skin-like finish currently dominating the luxury fragrance market.
By tapping Austin Butler as the face of the campaign, YSL Beauty continues aligning the MYSLF collection with a new generation of understated masculinity one centered around individuality, confidence, and effortless sensuality.
MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense retails for $155 USD and is now available through the brand’s official website.
