The fashion-forward partnership expands beyond footwear with the debut of the Quantum Dome Bag.
Melissa and Diesel are officially back with the second chapter of their collaborative journey. Following the success of their inaugural partnership in 2025, the two brands have reunited to deliver a fresh collection that continues their shared exploration of innovation, industrial aesthetics, and futuristic design.
Building on the visual language established in their first release, the latest Melissa x Diesel collection revisits the signature Quantum footwear line while introducing an entirely new accessory category. The drop reflects both brands’ commitment to experimentation, blending sculptural forms with wearable functionality.
At the center of the collection are refreshed versions of the Quantum Thong Flip Flop, Quantum Platform, and Quantum Sneaker. Inspired by industrial design, optical art, and fluid architectural shapes, the silhouettes return in a range of striking colorways. Metallic silver delivers a distinctly futuristic appeal, while transparent green injects a playful and contemporary edge. For those drawn to a more understated aesthetic, navy and black offer versatile alternatives without sacrificing the collection’s bold identity.
The standout addition is the debut of the Quantum Dome Bag. Designed to mirror the sculptural curves and fluid contours seen throughout the footwear lineup, the handbag introduces a new dimension to the Melissa x Diesel universe. Its futuristic form language creates a cohesive visual connection across the collection while marking an exciting evolution of the partnership.

Discussing the collaboration’s next phase, Melissa Global Director Paulo Pedó highlighted the brands’ desire to deepen their creative dialogue through products that exist at the intersection of fashion, design, and cultural relevance. The result is a collection that not only embraces innovation but also reinforces both labels’ reputations for pushing conventional design boundaries.
With its combination of experimental materials, bold silhouettes, and forward-thinking aesthetics, the latest Melissa x Diesel drop continues to blur the line between fashion accessory and design object.
The collection launched globally on June 17 and is available through Melissa, Diesel, and selected retailers worldwide.
