Balenciaga brings its cinematic fashion universe to the streets of Manhattan with its Fall 2026 campaign, “A New York Minute: Keep Rolling” — a project that blurs the line between film, fashion, and reality.
Bringing together Oscar-nominated director Celine Song, actor Sarah Pidgeon, and Balenciaga’s Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli for the first time, the campaign unfolds as a series of short cinematic vignettes that feel both spontaneous and meticulously constructed.
Shot across three 60-second films, the narrative follows Pidgeon as she moves through the fast-paced rhythm of New York City. Her journey captures fleeting, everyday moments from crossing busy streets to navigating the city’s constant motion — all while dressed in pieces from Balenciaga’s latest collection.
Styled like a modern New Yorker, she wears TechWear-inspired separates, streamlined outerwear, and the brand’s Jet sneakers, alongside pieces from the Manolo Blahnik collaboration. Completing the looks are some of Balenciaga’s most recognizable handbags, including the Le City, Le 7 Bowling, and the Rodeo.
What sets the campaign apart is its layered storytelling. Each film gradually breaks the illusion of reality, eventually pulling back to reveal production lights, cameras, and crew members at work. In one moment, Celine Song can be heard directing the set, instructing the team to “keep rolling,” reinforcing the idea that fashion, like film, is always in motion.

Extending the concept beyond video, Balenciaga has also launched a dedicated Instagram burner account, @keeppprolling, which shares behind-the-scenes visuals captured by Piccioli himself, adding another dimension to the narrative world.
The result is a campaign that feels less like traditional fashion advertising and more like a living, breathing New York moment — chaotic, controlled, and undeniably cinematic.
The Balenciaga Fall 2026 collection is now available via the brand’s official website and select retailers.
