Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato are giving Disney Channel fans a reunion worth celebrating. The former child stars have teamed up for Rare Beauty’s latest campaign, “Still Making Each Other Blush,” bringing a little Princess Protection Program nostalgia to the beauty world.
Unveiled on October 28, the campaign features the longtime friends wearing gowns and tiaras while revisiting their Disney days. They even lip-sync to “One and the Same,” their memorable duet from the 2009 film.
At the centre of the collaboration is the limited-edition Delena Soft Pinch Blush Bundle, named after the duo’s beloved fan nickname. Priced at $50, the set includes two shades of Rare Beauty’s bestselling Soft Pinch Liquid Blush: Gomez’s choice, Hope, a nude mauve, and Lovato’s pick, Virtue, a beige peach. A blush brush completes the bundle.
The reunion carries a special sense of nostalgia. Gomez and Lovato first met as children on Barney & Friends before becoming two of Disney Channel’s biggest stars. Their friendship has evolved over the years, making this beauty collaboration a full-circle moment for fans who grew up watching them.
The campaign also follows Gomez’s appearance at Lovato’s It’s Not That Deep tour earlier this year, adding another chapter to their renewed public friendship.
